I haven’t written in a while. That’s because I’ve been busy… I am working on a collaboration with Scott Yates, a local photographer. He sends me an image, and then I write some sort of narrative inspired by that visual. I am trying to go with immediate response–free association. So the photo won’t always appear to “match” the text, or vice versa. We’re thinking of it as a sort of game that we play twice a week. He then posts the photo and “story” on his blog.
